Hicretten bir bu\u00e7uk y\u0131l sonra k\u0131blenin de\u011fi\u015fmesinden sonra \u015eaban\nay\u0131n\u0131n onunda Ramazan orucu farz k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu konudaki \u00e2yetlerden ve Peygamberimizin \u00f6\u011frettiklerinden anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re \u015feriattaki m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 ise, nefsin en b\u00fcy\u00fck istekleri olan yeme, i\u00e7me ve cinsel ili\u015fki gibi bilinen <strong><font title=\"zorunlu, gerekli, mecburi\"><b>zarur\u00ee<\/b><\/font><\/strong> ihtiya\u00e7lardan, niyet ederek b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcn kendini tutmakt\u0131r&#8230;&#8221;] (Elmal\u0131l\u0131, 2\/183 tefsirinden)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Tan\nyerinin a\u011fard\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan itibaren g\u00fcne\u015fin bat\u0131\u015f\u0131na kadar niyet ile birlikte oru\u00e7\nbozan \u015feylerden uzak durmak demektir. Orucun tam ve m\u00fckemmel olmas\u0131 ise\nyasaklardan uzak durmak ve haramlara d\u00fc\u015fmemek ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Peygamber\n(s.a.) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur: &#8220;Her kim yalan s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylemeyi ve onun ile ameli\nterk etmeyecek olur ise, o kimsenin yemesini i\u00e7mesini terk etmesine Allah&#8217;\u0131n\nbir ihtiyac\u0131 yoktur.&#8221; (Kurtubi, 2\/183 tefsirinden)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ey\niman edenler! Sizden kim hasta veya yolcu olursa onlar say\u0131s\u0131nca (ba\u015fka g\u00fcnlerde)\noru\u00e7 tutsun. Oru\u00e7 tutmaya g\u00fcc\u00fc yetmeyenler de bir fakir doyumu fidye versinler\u2026&#8221;\n(Kurtubi, 2\/184))<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ayetten anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere hasta ve\nyolcular oru\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 daha sonra tutmak \u00fczere erteleyebilirler. Elmal\u0131l\u0131\ntefsirinde, ertelemeye sebep hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yolculu\u011fu detayl\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131p\nyolculu\u011fun g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015fartlar\u0131na yak\u0131n uyarlamas\u0131n\u0131 da yapt\u0131ktan sonra \u015f\u00f6yle\ndemi\u015ftir: &#8220;\u015e\u00fcphe yok ki as\u0131l sorumlu, yolcunun\nkendisidir.
