Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim&#8217;in her bir c\u00fcmlesi&#8230; (Cebecio\u011flu)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\n\u00c2yet, alamet, <font title=\"i\u015faret, marka\"><b>bellik<\/b><\/font>, simge gibi m\u00e2n\u00e2lara gelir. Hem Kur\u2019an\u2019daki her bir\nc\u00fcmleye, hem de k\u00e2inatta Allah\u2019\u0131 bildiren ve tan\u0131tan her bir esere denir.\n(Sevin\u00e7g\u00fcl) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\nArap\u00e7a \u00e2yat &#8220;1. i\u015faret, simge, sinyal, alamet, 2. Belirti,\ni\u015faret veya iz anlamlar\u0131na gelen \u00e2yet terimi Kur&#8217;an&#8217;da, kainatta Allah&#8217;\u0131n\nvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret eden her \u015fey i\u00e7in de, kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Arap\u00e7ada delil,\ni\u015faret, alamet anlamlar\u0131na gelmektedir. <font title=\"terim olarak\"><b>Ist\u0131lahta<\/b><\/font>, Allah\u2019\u0131n kelam\u0131na verilen\nbir isimdir. Kur&#8217;an-\u0131 Kerim&#8217;de ge\u00e7en <font title=\"ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z\"><b>m\u00fcstakil<\/b><\/font> c\u00fcmleye bir \u00e2yet denmi\u015ftir&#8230;\n(Mehmet Ayd\u0131n) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022\n\u00c2yet s\u00f6zl\u00fckte, herhangi bir \u015feyin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren alamet anlam\u0131n\u0131 ifade\netmektedir. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131k i\u015faret, delil, ibret ve mucize gibi\nanlamlarda da kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu konuda \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler bulunmakla beraber, \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne g\u00f6re, yer ve zaman itibariyle nerede ve ne zaman n\u00e2zil olurlarsa olsunlar, hicretten \u00f6nce n\u00e2zil olanlara Mekk\u00ee (yani, Mekke&#8217;de n\u00e2zil olmu\u015ftur) hicretten sonra n\u00e2zil olanlara da Meden\u00ee (yani Medine&#8217;de n\u00e2zil olmu\u015ftur) denir. G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi bu ay\u0131r\u0131mda hicret olay\u0131 esas al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mekki ve Medeni \u00e2yetler, gerek muhteva gerekse di\u011fer hususlarda bir k\u0131s\u0131m ayr\u0131 \u00f6zellikler ta\u015f\u0131rlar. Bu \u00f6zellikleri bilenler, \u00e2yetin Mekki veya Medeni oldu\u011funu anlarlar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mekk\u00ee\n\u00e2yetler, Allah&#8217;a e\u015f ko\u015fmaya ve putperestli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 yo\u011fun bir h\u00fccum ifadesi\nta\u015f\u0131rlar. \u0130nsanlar\u0131, Allah taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6nderilen vahye, Peygamberin davetine ve\nAllah&#8217;\u0131n hidayetine \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131rlar. \u0130nsanlar\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerden sak\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131p hayra\ny\u00f6neltirler. \u0130nk\u00e2r\u0131, <strong><font title=\"do\u011fru yoldan sapan, ahlaks\u0131z\"><b>f\u00e2s\u0131k<\/b><\/font> <\/strong>l\u0131\u011f\u0131,\nisyan\u0131, cehaleti, huy kabal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, kalp \u00e7irkinli\u011fini, kat\u0131 s\u00f6zl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve benzeri\n<font title=\"olumsuz, negatif\"><b>menf\u00ee<\/b><\/font> davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 \u00e7irkin g\u00f6sterirken, insanlara iman\u0131, itaati, nizam\u0131, ilmi,\nsevgiyi ve ac\u0131may\u0131 telkin ederler. Kalp ve dil temizli\u011fini sevdirirler. Mekk\u00ee\n\u00e2yetler \u015fekil bak\u0131m\u0131ndan k\u0131sa fakat m\u00e2n\u00e2 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok <font title=\"k\u0131sa, anlat\u0131m\u0131 etkili; \u00f6zl\u00fc\"><b>veciz<\/b><\/font>dirler. Kur&#8217;\u00e2n&#8217;\u0131\nkerim, edebiyat\u0131n ve her \u00e7e\u015fit s\u00f6z sanat\u0131n\u0131n ileri oldu\u011fu o d\u00f6nemde b\u00fct\u00fcn \u015fair\nve edipleri \u00e2ciz b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kur&#8217;an \u00e2yetlerinin bir benzerini kimse yapamam\u0131\u015f\nve onlar\u0131n anlam\u0131na yak\u0131n bir m\u00e2n\u00e2y\u0131 da kimse bulup ifade edememi\u015ftir. Bunu \u015fu\nana kadar kimse yapamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bundan sonra da yapamayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meden\u00ee \u00e2yetlere gelince: Bu \u00e2yetler, <font title=\"yasama ile ilgili, kanun yapma ile ilgili\"><b>te\u015fri\u00ee<\/b><\/font><em> <\/em>inceliklerden, h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin <strong><font title=\"ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar; ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klama\"><b>tafsil\u00e2t<\/b><\/font><\/strong>\u0131ndan, medeni, cezai, iktisadi, siyasi h\u00fck\u00fcmlerden bahsederler. Devletler hukukundan, \u015fahsi haklardan, ib\u00e2det ve <strong><font title=\"i\u015flemler\"><b>muamel\u00e2t<\/b><\/font><\/strong>tan bahisle bu hususlar\u0131n nas\u0131l yerine getirilece\u011fini beyan ederler. Meden\u00ee \u00e2yetler, <strong><font title=\"vahiy yoluyla n\u00e2zil olmu\u015f ilah\u00ee kitaplardan birine inanan\"><b>ehli kitap<\/b><\/font><\/strong> olan Yahudi ve H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m&#8217;a davet eder, onlar\u0131n b\u00e2t\u0131l inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 reddederler. Onlar\u0131n, daha \u00f6nce g\u00f6nderilmi\u015f olan il\u00e2h\u00ee kitaplarda yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 <strong><font title=\"bir \u015feyin asl\u0131n\u0131 bozma, de\u011fi\u015ftirme\"><b>tahrifat<\/b><\/font><\/strong>\u0131 haber verirler. Meden\u00ee \u00e2yetlerde muamelatla ilgili meseleler detayl\u0131 olarak anlat\u0131l\u0131r. Tarihte ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f \u00fcmmetlerin durumlar\u0131 beyan edilir. Bunlar\u0131n, Allah taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6nderilen Peygamberleri ink\u00e2r etmeleri sebebiyle ba\u015flar\u0131na gelen il\u00e2h\u00ee azaplar a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131r.
